Life's Little Lessons.

  • There is a thin line between perception & reality.
  • Procrastinate now. Don't put it off til later.
  • No one has the ingredients nor the recipe to make time.
  • Everywhere is within walking distance if you have the time.
  • I watched some of the Indy 500 this year and I got to thinking... if they left earlier they wouldn't have to go so fast. Lesson in that? Drive slow. (Let it marinate)
  • It takes money to make money because you have to copy the design exactly.
  • If it's a penny for your thoughts and you put in your two cents worth, then someone, somewhere is making a penny.
  • If you a see someone you're attracted to somewhere... look at them. Stare if you have to. It may be the last time you'll ever see them.*
  • On the other hand, you have different fingers.
  • You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
  • I believe the ability to think is a blessing. If you can think about a situation, you can deal with a situation. The big struggle is to keep your head clear enough to think.
  • The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
  • If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.
  • Support bacteria - they're the only culture some people have.
  • When everything is coming your way, you're in the wrong lane.
  • Ambition is a poor excuse for not having enough sense to be lazy.
  • Hard work pays off in the future. Laziness pays off now.
  • Everyone has a photographic memory. Some just don't have film.
  • If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried.
  • A conclusion is the place where you got tired of thinking.
  • Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
  • To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research.
  • The problem with the gene pool is that there is no lifeguard.
  • The sooner you fall behind, the more time you'll have to catch up.
  • A clear conscience is usually the sign of a bad memory.
  • If you must choose between two evils, pick the one you've never tried before.
  • Change is inevitable....except from vending machines.
  • Borrow money from pessimists-they don't expect it back.
  • Half the people you know are below average.
